erkläre hiermit verbindlich, dass ich im Rahmen der Plattform GPEssen ausschließlich als privater, 
solidarischer Nachbarschaftskoch/Köchin tätig bin.
Ich bestätige ausdrücklich:
  • Meine Tätigkeit erfolgt nicht gewerblich gemäß § 1 GewO.
  • Ich erziele keinen Gewinn, sondern nehme lediglich freiwillige Beiträge zur Deckung meiner Aufwendungen entgegen.
  • Ich koche nur gelegentlich und liefere ausschließlich in meinem Wohnviertel.
  • Ich beachte die geltenden Hygienebestimmungen (insbesondere nach § 42/43 IfSG).
  • Ich erkenne die Nutzungsbedingungen und Richtlinien der Plattform GPEssen in vollem Umfang an.
